Realistic VR Project #2

Lead Artist for Oculus Quest VR Training Simulator for the Real Estate Industry. Created entire apartment layout that users would have to look for damaged assets for evaluation. This was a complicated project, as all assets had to have several real-world damage states for the user to identify. I managed level set dressing, shader creation, material creation, out source managing of other artists on the project, working with programmers to create swappable asset states.

Original prop was a store-bought asset that had to be completely remade. Original model was not game-ready. Lowpoly had to be remade, including uvs and textures and highpoly for baking.
